outfit: cardigan, top, tights, belt -- gap; shoes, skirt -- uo; hat -- f21

Hello!
This is the outfit I wore to San Diego. I packed in a hurry so I brought along a sweater pullover and wore this mustard yellow skirt again on Saturday. I warned you I was obsessed and that you'd see this a lot didn't I? When I got Jen's email with her Dynamic Duo photos in our last post together, I laughed out loud because on that day I wore this outfit and we both thought to wear mustard yellow with forest green. It would've been pretty funny if I had thought of this outfit first instead of my primary colors one.

It's finally March, which means Spring is so close! It has been such a long Winter. My days have started to blend together. I find a weird sense in comfort in not knowing what day of the week it is. I guess it just feels like everything is flowing together. I don't find myself wishing it were tomorrow so I can have a fresh start as often as I used to. And yet I'm kinda bothered by this undeserving state of being content since I haven't achieved my dream job yet. I like my job, but I really should be focused on applying for grad school in the Fall (especially all the exams that go with it). I guess this is a consequence of graduating a year early. My life isn't controlled by so many due dates anymore; rather, it has fallen into this nice routine of working M-F and relaxing Sat-Sun. Repeat, repeat, repeat. I gotta get my butt into studying again. It'll be hard after months of being at a community college and cruising through those classes, but I have to get the wheels in my brain turning again.

Check out my Part One of my Q&A Vlog!

Until next post,
Jasmine

  1. I love this outfit so much, you have no idea. The second picture is adorable with you twirling in your skirt. Dark Green and Mustard? Definitely one of my favorite combinations now (and i love the addition of the striped top). :)

I can't wait for spring! I'm going tight-less today! (I'll regret it after my night class).

  2. I love the photo where your spinning...so cute!! The color coordination is perfect and the pop of color from the pink belt gives the outfit a quirkiness.

  6. This outfit reminds me of what Jen wore for your Dynamic Duo anniversary :D But I like how you added a touch of Jasmine = stripes! And the red belt just pulled the outfit together. LOVE :)

Good luck with your grad school application. I'm sure you'll do well. I've always wanted to do post-grad, but I'm lacking the funds :( Community college will do for now! :)
