Hello!
So this is the first official set of blog photos with my new camera! Can you tell the difference? Robert and I went to Fashion Island so I could exchange a skirt at F21. Lately I feel like I've been going back to exchange or return a lot of things--I did it twice at Buffalo Exchange and now again at F21. Last week was a week of shopping, and this week was a week of exchanging. I've been making such impulsive decisions while shopping, but when I get home, I realize either a) I really don't like it or b) it doesn't look good on me. This usually happens when Robert isn't there shopping with me to be my voice of reason. I just get so wrapped up in the excitement of shopping and bringing home new goodies. I need to slow down and really think before I whip out my debit card and enter my PIN. It's a horrible habit, and I really must snap out of it (or just shop with Robert exclusively), especially with gas almost being $4 per gallon here in California. Please tell me I'm not the only one with buyer's remorse? My closet kinda scares me now...
I hope you're all having a good weekend so far! I'm hoping to wake up early to go to my very first flea market tomorrow morning!
Until next post,
Jasmine
I totally know that feeling -- at least you go back and return your stuff? Sometimes I just get lazy. :3
ReplyDeleteAlso, the F21 at Fashion Island is HUUUUUUUUGEEEE. My roommate worked there when they were transitioning and I never believed her when she said it was as big as a department store. x)
Anywayyy, beautiful pictures -- that's a really great camera!

Know how you feel I do that because I don't shop very often and when I do I don't like to try on stuff at stores. But I think you look great in anything you wear. Love this outfit by the way, especially because of the bows.
ReplyDeleteI get buyers remorse every time I shop, you're not alone! I adore this cute outfit though, the necklace is the perfect finishing touch x
ReplyDeleteI've got this one lovely dress in my closet.. lovely on someone real curvy not me and another with this awesome collar - only it is nowhere near my size but I had to have it didn't I? Oh remorse ;) You can't help but experience it occasionally :D
ReplyDeleteLove the mix of polka dot AND ribbons. So cute :)
Those little bows on your top are super cute! Oh and the pics from your new camera look amazing! I'm looking for more to come ;) xx

Love it, so cute!
ReplyDeleteYeah! Sometimes I just feel like I'm on a roll when I'm shopping and don't want to stop (wow that sounds bad) =/
ReplyDeleteAnyway, once again I love your outfit! Super cute. I especially love the top, I remember it in another post and I fell in love with it.
Lovely photos too. Great camera choice. =)

Oh Jazzy, this outfit is perfect on you!! The bow blouse just seems like the perfect fit of your personality.
ReplyDeleteAs for the impulse buying, I'm sort of impulsive, but I always do a once over my items before I hit the check out line and make myself put back half my stock. It usually works out well with me:)
I love your loafers <3333
ReplyDeleteI know the horrors of impulse shopping...what I usually do is I let it sit around for a week and if I still want it, then I buy it.
Your photos look great! I can definitely tell the difference. YOU LOOK ADORABLE - that top is so perfectly you. The necklace is cutie cute, too!
ReplyDeleteI haven't shopped in a while, but I get buyers remorse as well. I'm impulsive when it comes to shopping in places like F21. It's super cheap (both in price and most of the times in quality), but it's instant gratification. I'm still trying to build a wardrobe with more quality pieces, but it's a hard thing to do here on Maui.. we're so limited with shopping. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh!! The gas prices here freak me out. It's up to $4.12 per gallon (for regular). Thanks goodness my car is good on gas.. but still.. freaky crazy prices.
Well, I hope you're enjoying the rest of your weekend Jasmine.. Oh! and I'm lovin'g your top.. the bows on the shoulder seam are precious.
xx Love & Aloha
ah! I love the bow detail on the sleeves! so kawaii!! ~_-
ReplyDeleteHow cute is that glasses necklace? I want it! Haha.
ReplyDeleteI can totally relate to buying more and more things I don't actually need...oh well, outfits like this one make it seem worth it sometimes!
I've never liked the idea exchanging my purchases so I always, always make sure I go home with something I love - and looks good on me! And hey, if shopping with Robert works better for you and maybe you really should do that. (: shopping with a friend (or even my boyfriend) rarely works to my benefit so I do everything by myself! Haha. (;
ReplyDeleteOh Jasmine, I really wish I had loafers like yours that I can wear with absolutely everything. <3
I am absolutely in LOVE with that necklace!! SO Cute!! :) :)
ReplyDeletei haven't been to that forever 21 in a long time!
ReplyDeletei really really really like this top! polka dots and bows!!! =D
