Touch of Pink

This military green jacket from Gap has definitely been my most worn item this Fall. It just seems to go with everything and anything. I'm starting to think I might just need another one since you guys might get sick of seeing it here on my blog. I have even been wearing it more than I wear cardigans, which is ludicrous seeing as how I have over 20 cardigans and only just got into jackets.

It's now the Friday before Halloween and I'm really starting to stress over costumes. Like I said before, I'm not really a Halloween person. I mean as a kid, I went trick-or-treating once and that was just up and down my own street. My parents turn off all the lights and pretend not to be home every year. So having it be such a big deal at work for the first time is a little strange for me. Since I'm not really big on Halloween, I'm really trying to find a costume within my closet, but I'll be going shopping today or later this weekend so we'll just have to see what I come up with.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Until next post,

grey dress - cotton on

  1. Hahahah oh Jazzy, I totally get what you mean with getting addicted to one article of clothing. Halloween is so difficult for me as well, I don't think I'll be dressing up this year, but i can't wait to see what you wear!

    P.S. Still want those loafers.

  2. The last time I "celebrated" Halloween was 2nd grade, due to really bad weather. And after that, I claimed that I was too grown up for such kiddy things. >_< But I would love to go trick or treating this year--I mean, who doesn't love free candy?

  3. Jasmine, you can always go as a cat. Cliched, sure, but you have it all in your room already. Black clothes, black headband (just tape on some ears) and black make-up!

I hide, as well. I'm not much of a candy eater so why trick-or-treat? Even costume parties were hard to dress for.

  4. You only went trick or treating once? That's the saddest thing:( I started when I was 3 and stopped when I was 12. I loved it!! :)

You can always just wear a witch hat and a black dress.

  5. Love your jacket, and shoes. Very lovely

  6. Hi jasmine,

I love your blog, been following you for quite some time but now is my first comment.

    That military jacket is ♥.
Looking forward to your halloween costume.

Hope you'll check out my blog too.

  7. This outfit looks so cute and comfy! I took most of my Halloween costume straight out of my closet! I added a $5 cat costume kit and called it a day. I can't wait to see what you came up with!
