Hello!
I am back from Las Vegas! It was so nice to get away for three days and finally spend some quality time with Robert. Ever since I started my job at the preschool in September, we haven't spent a whole day together. It was so nice not having to rush our meals or having to dash off somewhere. We got to take our time and just be together. I'm going to miss him so much when goes off to spend 9 days in Taiwan with his family. Time with him is just so precious nowadays.
Anyway, I asked Robert if we could make a stop along the way to Vegas for some outfit photos. Little did I know that he actually planned out a stop. He surprised me by taking to this abandoned, deserted water park. If I had known we were going to make a stop here, I probably would've planned out a better outfit instead of this super comfy and casual one. I finally tried out layering a pullover over a dress, and I absolutely love it! With the weather forecast being a whole week of rain, this is all I want to wear this week. I ended up wearing this the whole first day. We didn't do too much our first night: we walked around a little and then watched some movies in our hotel room. Honestly, I think we would have just as much fun if we had our own place together. Then it'd be like a vacation everyday! I really can't wait for that day. I'm such a simple girl (as if you can't already tell with my outfits) that places like Vegas and even NYC are too overstimulating with all the lights and people. Through out the whole weekend, Robert kept teasing me about how I just wanted to stay in instead of traditionally celebrating my 21st by going out. But...I don't think I would've had my birthday any other way.
More outfits from my trip to come!
Until next post,
Jasmine

ReplyDeleteHow sweet of Robert to come up with an idea like that! Good job dude :] Somehow when I think of the West, I always imagine it to have deserted water parks like this.

Jealous of the location...although I love NYC, I kind of want to get out of all these bright lights and just escape to the wilderness just for one day...

You are just so terribly adorable Jasmine! Ahhh this is the kind of outfit you'd want to live in. Plus I love this skirt length on you. (:

First of all, I love this casual outfit with the sweater layered over the dress! GAP seriously has the best sweaters known to man.
