Give Your Heart a Break

I just can't seem to shake the little black raincloud that's been following me around like a shadow. Whenever I'm feeling a little down, I love going to the beach to unwind and reset myself. On this particular day, it was really windy and deserted even though it was spring break. Robert and I even accidentally left our phones in the car, but it was nice to just get away from the world for a little while after work and before class that day. We ate sushi, drank green tea, and enjoyed each others' company. This white mesh shirt was my summer staple last year. It was definitely the wrong shirt to wear on that particularly windy day, but now that I've already started dressing for Spring/Summer, I can't stop, not even for Mother Nature. Because I'm desperately trying to collect all the seasons of "Friends" as soon as possible, I've been shopping within my own closet lately and I can't wait to bring back more old Spring/Summer favorites.

Have a wonderful weekend!

  5. Adorable colors and just you-ness for this post. :]] I understand about your raincloud - I have a little place on the Boston Common that I go whenever it follows me. I just wish I had a beach!
